..and you're still sneezing? Is it a cold...or summer allergies?

According to the experts at the ...the big allergy triggers during our warmer months are grass and mold. And adults...who may have never suffered through an allergy season- may get a sudden case of adult-onset allergies and mistake if for a nasty summer cold.

Here are some basics on how to know the difference:

¥if your symptoms linger for a couple of weeks...it's likely allergies.

But if your symptoms go from bad to worse quickly...it's more apt to be a summer cold.

-itchy eyes and wheezing usually equal allergies.

-while mucus that changes color can be either-

Worldwide, allergic rhinitis affects between 10 to 30-percent of the population. A trip to the doctor can help decide if you've joined this growing group.
