Ellie Mae is a rescued Rottwielier she is 4 years old, three months ago my husband passed from cancer ten days later I had to put down my Irish Setter of 14 years, I rescued Ellie from the Rottie rescue as her previous owner's mother is in the later stages of cancer and had to move home to care for her mother and had to give up Ellie in the process, having just went through the same circumstances of losing my husband to cancer and then loosing my dog, I felt it was fate to rescue Ellie Mae considering I could fully understand her owner's problem. I have had her for two months and she has rescued me from my sadness and loneliness in my losses in my life. Ellie mae has adjusted to our home with four cats, 5 grandchildren and fish I could not even imagine where my life would be without her
