Roller Derby Returns to Pleasanton

The World Champions of Roller Derby will appear at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton after a Twenty Year Absence on Saturday Night - November 22 at 8 p.m. taking on the American Roller Skating Derby's Southern League Entry the SanDiego FireBirds in Traditional Banked Track Roller Derby Excitement. The Event will consist of Four Periods Per Half with Men and Women Teams Alternating Skating Periods. The Bay Bombers General Manager is Jim Fitzpatrick and the FireBirds General Manager is IceBox.

I'm going this weekend to see the Bombers destroy the Fire Birds at Kezar. I loved teh games you guys showed on KOFY last Saturday!!!!

We took the kids and had a blast! Glad to have the San Francisco Bombers back! I'd love to see them back on KOFY again too.

Hey it's great KOFY TV20 - Cable 13 is back and so are the SF Bay Bombers! We're looking forward to returning to weekly TV in February of 2009!
