Now in it's sixth year in the Oakland/San Francisco Bay Area and in its 26th year in New York City, the All Stars Talent Show Network uses a "performance-learning" approach to foster the emotional and social development of young people. Each year, more than twelve thousand urban youth across the U.S. between the ages of 5 and 25 participate in All Stars events including auditions, rehearsals, talent shows and development workshops.
