Text Message Miscue Leads Police to Alleged Drug DealThere's texting a wrong number. And there's really texting a wrong number. According to the Muncie (Ind.) Star Press, a 23-year-old Indiana man is facing a felony drug charge after his alleged teenage accomplice allegedly texted the wrong phone number about a prescription drug deal. The problem -- the number was that of a friend of an Indiana state trooper. The information was passed along to a drug task force, which led to the arrest after an alleged undercover buy, according to the Star Press story. Most Popular
