Man Pleads Guilty to Driving With Kids Strapped to Hood of Car

According to a report from Granite Broadcasting sister station Indiana's NewsCenter, a 29-year-old Indiana man has pleaded guilty to charges that he strapped his kids to the hood of his car in a liquor store parking lot and drove away.

The man, who pleaded guilty to felony OWI and three felony counts of neglect of a dependent, is scheduled to be sentenced next month, according to the report from Indiana's NewsCenter.
