According to a report from the New York Daily News, police said a 35-year-old homeless man allegedly used a blowtorch to set his wife on fire on Wednesday. The victim suffered second-degree burns on her upper body -- including her face and neck -- and is hospitalized in stable condition, according to the New York Daily News report.
