Man Admits to Waterboarding Children, Is Sentenced to Probation

A plea agreement for a man who was charged with waterboarding children.

According to a report from the Helena Independent Record, a 42-year-old Montana man was sentenced to two years of probation this month after admitting to waterboarding four children as part of a plea agreement.

The man pleaded guilty to four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Independent Record report. The mad had initially faced felony charges, according to the Independent Record report.
