I went through 26 years of my life being afraid of dogs until I met Sophie. She was given to me by my fiance to overcome my fears of dogs and she definitely did just that! She has changed my life completely. I have become an animal activist and have even given up red meat and pork as a way to show my support for animals everywhere. She is my best friend and I couldn't imagine my world without her. She was given to me when she was only 8 weeks old. She is now 1, having just celebrated her 1st birthday in January. She is a half shih-tzu, half toy poodle mix. We live in Sunnyvale, CA. and take her to every city, every place we go. She loves to play dress up, play fetch or even just lay up next me. She is the BEST FRIEND anyone could ever have!
