Porter 9-Volt the Electrode was a rescued puppy found by SF Animal Care and Control. His brothers, sister, and himself were abandoned as newborns, and were taken to the SPCA where they were nursed back to health.
We just adopted Porter, and have found him to be the coolest, craziest, noisy puppy ever!
He is smart, beautiful, loves San Francisco, and loves watching Your TV20 every night with us.
